Patricia Quattlebaum is a seasoned HR consulting and compliance professional. This summer marks her 9th year with TriNet, currently working as Lead HR Consultant on our HR Compliance team.
Throughout her career, Patricia has specialized in employee relations, training and development, and multi-state employment compliance. Her ability to explain complex HR regulations and policies allows her to connect with clients and colleagues of all levels.
Sharon brings over 30 years of experience in group benefits and absence management within The Hartford and from two other national players, including disability, paid and unpaid leave claim best practices, thought leadership, implementation, and account management.
She is responsible for carrying out The Hartford’s strategic vision as it relates to the expanding employee benefits market around paid leave. She is responsible for strategy development, value proposition, product offering, thought leadership and the end-to-end customer experience for employers and participants.
Melissa Bryan is a Managing Director at Growth Operators, specializing in strategic HR leadership, business transformation, and process optimization.
She has held senior HR roles at organizations including American Century Investments, KCU, and Citi. Melissa earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Her industry experience spans financial services, higher education, and healthcare. Known for her solutions-oriented approach and strong leadership, Melissa effectively drives innovative change and continuous improvement.
Scott J. Seiler of Seiler Law has over 27 years of experience advising businesses on corporate and employment matters. Building on his background in a family-run business, he delivers practical strategies for workplace policies, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. He regularly guides clients through complex issues—from agency disputes before the Minnesota Department of Labor or the CFPB to preparing for Minnesota’s new Paid Family & Medical Leave program. Known for his steady counsel, Scott helps organizations navigate both day-to-day challenges and evolving regulatory demands.
